What is the difference between a live transfer and a posted lead?
A live transfer connects a caller directly to your agent by phone. A posted lead is delivered as data (contact details and qualifying answers) for your team to follow up.
What does ping/post mean?
In the ping step, buyers see a preview of a lead without contact details and bid. In the post step, the full lead goes to the winning buyer.
Can I buy more than one lead type?
Yes. Buyers can run live transfers, posted leads and media leads from the same dashboard, each with its own filters and bids.
